Chicken Food

One morning, Farmer Peter went to his backyard and found that the eggs in his backyard had hatched. There were chicks. The chicks were very hungry.

However Farmer Peter did not know what was chicken food. His wife said that he had to dig up the ground and get slugs and bugs. So Farmer Peter dug up the ground with a spade. He found slugs and bugs, but the chicks did not think that the slugs and bugs were chicken food.

Farmer Peter's wife told him that he had to dig up the grass and get crickets and spiders. So Farmer Peter dug up the grass with a digger. He found crickets and spiders, but the chicks did not think that crickets and spiders were chicken food. Farmer Peter was frantic.

His wife told him that the chicks loved chicken burgers. So Farmer Peter made chicken burgers. His chicken burgers were amazing. The chicks loved the burgers. They ate so many burgers that they grew to be humongous hens.
