One morning, Billy McBrown saw all the people in town frowning. He asked himself why they were frowning. He thought for a while and got an idea. He decided to make them laugh.
He put a sock on his head and went down the road singing and dancing. He jiggled like jelly and laughed like a clown. The people asked Billy McBrown to stop the clowning. So he went home and put a sock on his head and flippers on his feet. He went down the road singing and dancing. He waddled like a duck and laughed like a clown. But the people still did not laugh.
Billy went home and put a sock on his head, flippers on his feet and a tomato on his nose. He wend down the road singing and dancing. Finally, the people started to laugh. They laughed and laughed. From that day on, they did not frown any more.
